All that's left is to create separate hl2.exe shortcuts, with the additions of '-game (e.g lostcoast)' + '-appid (e.g 340)' after the quotes with only spaces inbetween them (e.g " -game lostcoast -appid 340). If you own the game + the expansions, then you just need to check with your desktop shortcuts when inputting the corresponding '-appid'.
